Our friends at Stone Soup PDX, a non-profit foodservice training enterprise based in Portland, Oregon, providing life skills and hands-on culinary expertise to people who are at risk of homelessness, make the most delicious NY Penicillin.
Their scratch-made chicken noodle soup includes grilled summer squash & zesty almond pesto. You know, the kind your grandma used to make (but better!) and is the comfort foods of all comfort foods.
